The Research-Education-Practice Forum entitled "Leadership Behaviour for Sustainable Organizations" will create the debate context arownd the following questions:
1.    How Research can better interact with Education actors in order to develop leaders’ skills and competencies for sustainable organizations?
2.    How Research and different Education actors’ can support different types of organizations to promote and implement sustainable development strategies through an agile leadership?


The Forum discussions will undelined the main skills, competencies and expertise of the leadership behavior together with the new business challenges in the contemporary society. Forum participants from worldwide will be part of a brainstorming session, sharing practical experiences, good practices, and opportunities for defining a strong message for the MakeLearn and TIIM community and also, for next year conference.
